Our MAG series gauges feature cases and sockets forged into one piece. They are available in gauge sizes of 2.5″ (63 mm) and 4″ (100 mm) and feature a VAC, compound, and PSI range up to 15,000 PSI. Our gauges are liquid filled and include a restrictor, which is standard for applications involving vibration and pressure pulsation.
Product Specifications
Our pressure gauge company is proud to offer superior forged brass gauges to suit your particular requirements. Our gauges are designed to EN837-1 and ASME B40.100 standards. They feature 2.5” LM/CBM, 4” LM/LBM, 0.25 NPT, 0.5 NPT, or custom connections upon request. The gauge scale may include PSI, BAR, or other units, according to your preference.
Our gauge accuracy is 1.6% for our 2.5” (63 mm) gauge and 1% FS for our 4” (100 mm) option. The ambient temperature range of our forged gauges is -4 °F140 °F (-20 °C60 °C) when glycerin filled and -40 °F140 °F (-40 °C60 °C) when silicone filled. Our brass gauge medium temperature maximum is 140 °F (60 °C). The weather protection of this gauge type is NEMA 4X/IP 66.
